Non-Resource Sharing Library Request Forms

Non-resource sharing patrons include:

  • Academic, public, corporate, law and specialized libraries
  • United States Government Agencies
  • Non-profit organizations
**Independent researchers are required to submit their requests through their local public library.** Do not use these forms to request from the Coordinate Libraries and Miller Library, Hopkins Marine Station.

Crown Law, Jackson Business, Lane Medical, SLAC, provide their own interlibrary loan services and should be contacted directly.
